Terms and Conditions for MSA University Career Events Services Website

Welcome to Career Hub, the official career platform of the MSA University Alumni Unit. By using this website and submitting your information, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of Career Hub: 

Career Hub is an exclusive platform created by MSA University to support current students and graduates in applying for job vacancies and internships offered by companies collaborating with the university.

MSA University Alumni Unit acts as a facilitator only and does not take part in employer hiring decisions.

2. Eligibility: 

Access to Career Hub is limited to:

-Currently enrolled MSA University students

-MSA University graduates

-Individuals currently enrolled in or graduated from MSA Master’s degrees or diplomas

3. User Responsibilities: 

By using Career Hub, you agree to:

-Provide accurate and updated information

-Upload updated CVs

-Use the platform for professional purposes only

-Keep your login details private

-Avoid any action that may harm, misuse, or disrupt the website

4. Data Sharing & Privacy:

-Career Hub collects personal data such as name, contact details, academic background, and CV information to deliver career services.

-When you apply to a vacancy, your CV and application data are shared only with the employer you applied to.

-Employers do not have access to your profile unless you apply to their opportunity.

-MSA University and the Alumni Unit are not responsible for how employers process candidate data.

5. Professional & ethical Conduct: 

Students and graduates are expected to maintain professional behavior when dealing with employers, including:

-Respectful communication

-Honest representation of qualifications

-Commitment to confirmed interviews and job offers

6. Interview Commitment & Etiquette: 

If you confirm an interview:

-You must attend on time or arrive a few minutes early

-If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must inform the employer at least 3 days in advance via email or phone

-Failure to attend without notice (No-Show): Results in a 3-month suspension from MSA Alumni Unit career services

7. Job Offer Commitment: 

If you accept a job or internship offer:

-You are expected to honor your commitment

-Failing to start the job or complete the agreed duration without prior notice will result in:

              1- 6-month suspension from career services

              2- A mandatory meeting with the MSA Alumni Director to restore access

8. Intellectual Property:

-All content on Career Hub, including text, visuals, logos, and systems, belongs to MSA University.

-Content shall not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability:

-MSA University and the Alumni Unit do not guarantee employment.

-The university is not responsible for:

             .Employer hiring decisions

             .Interview outcomes

            .Employment contracts or workplace conditions

            .Any problem between a student/graduate and an employer does not involve MSA University.

-By using Career Hub, you agree that MSA University and the Alumni Unit are not responsible for these issues.

10. Suspension or Termination of Access: 

MSA University reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Career Hub at any time if:

-These terms are violated

-False information is provided

-Misuse of the platform occurs

11. Governing Law: 

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes fall under Egyptian courts.
